Refund and Cancellation Policy

1. Overview

At Abowe Digital, we are committed to delivering high-quality digital services, including but not limited to web development, digital marketing, branding, and consulting. Due to the nature of our services, this Refund & Cancellation Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds and cancellations may be granted.

 

2. Project Cancellations

One-Time Projects (Website Development, Branding):

  • The 48-Hour Window: You may request a full refund within 48 hours of your initial payment, provided the project discovery session has not yet occurred.
  • After this 48-hour window, or once the project has officially started, you must submit cancellation requests in writing.
  • In the event of a later cancellation, you will be billed for the work completed up to that date.
  • We will refund any remaining balance to your original payment method.
  • Deliverables produced up to that point remain the property of Abowe Digital until full payment is settled.

 

Monthly Retainer Services (Social Media Management, SEO):

  • You may cancel ongoing services with a minimum of 15 days of written notice before your next billing cycle.
  • We do not issue refunds for the current active month once work has begun..

 

Cancellations By Abowe Digital:

  • We reserve the right to cancel a project due to unforeseen circumstances or a lack of communication.
  • In such cases, we will issue a partial refund based on the work not yet completed.

 

3. Refund Policy

  • We dedicate custom labor to scaling your business, meaning no refunds will be issued once a project reaches a significant milestone or is completed.
  • For ongoing services, payments are non refundable once the service period starts.
  • We do not issue refunds for dissatisfaction if the delivered service meets the agreed project scope.

 

4. Revisions and Delays

  • We prioritize client satisfaction and offer a structured revision process for all projects.
  • Before requesting a refund, we encourage you to reach out directly so we can resolve any concerns through clear communication.
  • You are responsible for providing required materials, approvals, and feedback on time.
  • Delays caused by late client feedback do not qualify for refunds or cancellations.

 

5. Processing and Contact

  • We process approved refunds within 7 to 10 business days to the original payment method.
